Product Description
Product Description Eagle GA798B-III new type Terry Towel Rapier Loom is developed base on GA798-II Rapier loom, with full mature technology and comprehensive functions. It is designed to weave all kinds of satin or jacquard satin towels for face,tea,bath and floor at weight 20-800g/sqm.
We adopt advanced CNC servo system and realize electronic control servomotor cam looping. We can control the pile height by setting the height of each weft,wavy loop,saw tooth loop,high-low loop, stereoscopic loop,3-7 weft loop,etc. All loop patterns can be woven freely.
The control system adopts easy and convenient digitalized and standardized button operation mode,machinists can adjust weaving mode with button switch. In addition, we achieved SYNC variable weft-density weaving(weft-density is controllable at 5-46picks/cm), and broken weft location SYNC automatic halt function(the broken weft will stop on the second weft all times, which reduce spinner’s 70% working capacity).
